I was first elected to South Derbyshire District Council on the 3/5/19.
Having been very interested in National and Local Politics from my late from my late teen's, I'm now well into my 50's, married to my wife Tracee for 20 years, my children now aged 18 and 20 are both attending University, therefore I have finally reached a point where I can put my politics into practice.
I campaigned for Brexit on the run up to the 2016 Referendum, regularly holding street stalls in Swadlincote, I still believe the Conservatives can deliver an orderly Brexit and finally allow the UK to get on with domestic politics, I fully understand peoples frustration over this massive task.
I feel very privileged to have been voted in as a District Councillor for Woodville and Hartshorne, its an absolute honour to serve local people, to listen and act on their concerns, I will work hard over the next four years and hope to make a positive difference to my community.
