Biography:

Elected to South Derbyshire District Council on 5th May 2023. Previously served as a District Councillor in 1995 until 2007.  I am also a long serving member of Melbourne Parish Council.

I have lived in Melbourne since 1970 and been involved in many community organisations. I worked as the Practice Nurse at Melbourne surgery until retirement.

I am currently the secretary of Melbourne Community Care and a Board member and the secretary of Melbourne Assembly Rooms.

I am passionate about protecting the countryside and the rural nature of South Derbyshire villages.
