Biography:
I was first elected to South Derbyshire District Council in 2007 where I represented Hatton for 16 years. I decided to step back for new people to come forward into local politics. However, due to a By-Election in July 2024 in Hatton I was asked to stand. As I  already served the area as a County Councillor, it made sense and also I was happy to represent a great local community.
