I was first elected to South Derbyshire District Council on the 25 October 2018 to represent the Linton Ward. Since then I have been re-elected twice more to carry on with that duty, most recently at the last election on 4 May 2023.
I am originally from Greenwich in South East London and I grew up in Eltham.
I have lived in Coton Park, Linton, with my family for the last 10 years and also been Chair and Vice Chair of Linton Parish Council. Before this we lived in Glasgow.
I started out as a retail manager in London before moving into Primary Education in Glasgow and then South Derbyshire. Currently, I work in the care sector.
Personal interest wise I support Charlton Athletic FC and play the bass guitar of which I have been a session bassist in London and Glasgow for over 20 years.
I will strive to continue to work hard representing the Linton Ward, as I have for the last five years, and please feel free to contact me with any concerns on the telephone number and email address supplied.
