Question raised by Councillor Richards:
At the conclusion of the last Finance & Management meeting held on 22nd October, a discussion took place regarding problems being experienced generally with IT systems and especially virtual TEAMS Meetings. Both the Chairman and myself reported that we were having problems with our IT systems as well as gaining assistance to resolve these problems. The Strategic Director of Corporate Resources stated that he knew what the problem was in regards to our concerns and I now invite him to share this information with elected members in order that we can together resolve any future recurrence.”
